$1 a Day Car Rentals - CityFlitz in Toronto
Advertisements:CityFlitz, a canadian compnay is offering $1/Day for a car rental in Toronto, Canada. This is cheaper that any mass transit service that I know. This one is very sweet deal as gas price is very high right now, this sounds like a great option for frugal life believers.
So what’s the catch? Idea is simple: Drive around the city at least 30 kilometers a day in a car displayed with advertising, (car is going to be wrapped in attention-grabbing graphics to raise awareness) which heavily subsidizes the cost of the rental. Members of CityFlitz can rent for a day a MINI Cooper, MINI Cooper Clubmans or a Smart car wrapped with in an advertisement from one of its clients. Yahoo! Canada is the first main partner. CityFlitz is opening pre-register period for now and you can register yourself here. Members will pay a one time fully-refundable security deposit of $350 and a a one time $30 administrative processing fee
